Terms & Conditions
Prices are per day and include:
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels
- Air conditioning
- Water, electricity, and gas
Optional Extras
Midweek linen change available on request:
- Single bed linen: €5.00
- Double bed linen: €10.00
- Bathroom towels: €10.00 per person
- Extra cleaning: €10.00 per room
Final cleaning fee: €50.00
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time at least one day in advance.
Apartments are available from 2:00 PM; however, luggage can be left earlier if needed.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Minimum Stay
From August 1st to August 31st, the minimum stay required is one week.
During other periods, shorter stays are also available.
Booking & Payment
To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations communicated up to 21 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit
- Cancellations from 20 to 8 days before arrival: penalty equal to 50% of the stay amount
- Cancellations from 7 to 1 day before arrival: penalty equal to 100% of the stay amount
